On new and off plan properties there are a number of protections that we feel need to be in place to provide a purchaser with a safe investment:

- Planning Permission Passed and Build Licence in Place
- 10 Year Building Guarantee
- Title to the Land is Free of any Charges
- Detailed Specification and Agreed Completion Date
