Insurance
Once you have taken ownership of your overseas property / holiday home it is important
to consider protecting your investment and yourself if you are intending to rent
out your property.
Some, not all, developments / complexes will have communal insurances in place but
it can be difficult to get details on what cover / protection is in place so it
may be better to take responsibility for insuring your property and associated responsibilities
yourself. When considering your buildings insurance requirements it is worth discussing
whether to insure on the basis of "replacement" or "rebuilding" . We are not qualified

company.
