New Holiday Rental Section goes Live!!!!!
As an added service to Northern Irish overseas property owners and those generally browsing through the various sections of the Ulster Property Sales website, UPS Overseas have just launched the new Holiday Rental Section. We invite overseas property owners who would like to supplement their rental income and holiday makers looking for a private rental from someone based in Northern Ireland to get in touch for us to explain how the service will work. This is a new idea so we initially intend to limit the number of properties available for rent in each region so we can monitor demand and its success as a new service. This section of the website is essentially an opportunity for overseas property owner to showcase their property to the local market and for local holiday makers to have the reassurance of renting privately from someone in Northern Ireland. We won't manage the process but will put owners and holiday makers in touch with eachother to organise something to their mutual benefit.
Initially there may not be a huge choice as we attract a range of properties in various locations but watch this space.
